This platform has been the social media site I've worked the most with for the past 2 years since it is the most effective channel to reach the main target audience of an Executive Search Firm.

Facebook has been the social media platform I've used the most since I first started working as a marketing professional. I've been in charge of paid posts back when I was a Community Manager and nowadays I use it as a complementary platform to engage with the Executive Search Firm audience.

BUILDING A NEW WEBSITE
One of the most interesting projects I've been in charge of is creating a new website and its marketing strategy.

Behind the scenes: Considering that the main goal was lead generation, this WordPress website includes...
At least one CTA button on each of the pages and one contact form.
A wide selection of Keywords suggested by Ubersuggest and SEMrush to increase organic traffic.
White Papers with relevant information for our main audience in return for their information such as name, e-mail, phone.
A Blog with a list of articles we strategically write, so we share relevant information to our target. Together with the blog, we also included tools such as the Yoast and SEMrush pluggings to keep aligned with our SEO goals.
More than 30 landing pages dedicated to key cities and business sectors.

SEO STRATEGY
One of the most valuable skills I've developed is learning about SEO, considering that I´m focused on Digital Marketing.
​
The strategies I've applied for organic traffic are:
Using relevant (and popular) keywords through all of the content on the website.
Optimization and naming images according to the content.
Usage of backlinks and sharing our blog posts on key websites such as mrowl.com, medium.com, recruitingblogs.com.

The results: Thanks to the SEO efforts applied to the new website project, the organic visits grew 300%, and were able to double the arrival of qualified leads.

LEAD GENERATION
As a Marketing Professional, I also do Market Research and lead generation. Throughout my working experience, I've been very involved with the usage of databases, social media, and Google search operators to reach qualified leads.

This is part of a complete sales procedure established by and for the marketing department. Afterward we send our leads to the E-mail Marketing Strategy phase.

EMAIL MARKETING STRATEGY
I consider E-mail Marketing Strategy as important as any other Social Media and SEO strategy on the Digital Marketing package.
